Improve Your Tomorrow (IYT) is redefining what’s possible for young men of color. In a state where too many are pushed out of school and into the system, IYT walks beside its scholars from middle school through college—achieving a 99–100% graduation rate. Through mentorship, education, and leadership, they’re proving that when we invest in potential, futures change.

1 Hundred Years is breaking cycles that have trapped generations. Through mentorship, family programs, and education, they help young people and families step beyond the barriers of incarceration and poverty. Their work reminds us that real justice starts before the courtroom — it begins with opportunity, guidance, and belief in every life’s potential.
