OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY

​TMHF is committed to respecting the privacy of our site visitors, donors, email subscribers, program participants, and community.  We do not trade, share, or sell supporter, donor or subscribers lists to third parties.

People who provide TMHF with their phone number, email, or mailing address may be contacted periodically for outreach, solicitation purposes and/or information about upcoming events. TMHF does not send mailings on behalf of other organizations unless the supporter, subscriber or donor has given explicit permission to receive mailings from one of our partners.

• TMHF will never use donor, visitor, or participant personal information to train third-party AI models.

• Any AI tools used in our operations are used to support our staff — not to make automated decisions about donors or program participants.

• Our team maintains human oversight of all AI-assisted work.

At this time, our websites do not use AI chatbots, AI-powered personalization, or automated decision-making systems that process your personal data.
