The goal of this memorial page is to honor and remember the individuals who lost their lives due to excessive police force. These were people who deserved compassion, understanding, and safety, yet were tragically met with the opposite. They should still be with us today. We hope that by showcasing their stories we can ensure that they are not forgotten. They were more than the tragic events that brought them to public attention—each life was significant, and they deserve to be remembered for their humanity, not just the circumstances of their deaths.

The Miles Hall Foundation is dedicated to ending police violence, particularly against those whose lives are unjustly criminalized through interactions with law enforcement. We strive to not only honor these names and stories, but also work relentlessly to ensure that no more names are added to this memorial wall The individuals listed below deserve justice and the restoration of their humanity.
