Impact Gala FAQS
What do I do if I don't know my guest names or email addresses yet?
We understand that gathering personal details for all your guests might be challenging ahead of the event. That's why BetterWorld, our ticketing partner, has a pre-registration process available for your convenience. Simply forward the pre-registration link provided in your confirmation email to your guests, and they can complete their registration easily. Why have your guests pre-register? - Guests can each receive their live auction paddle number promptly upon arrival. - Seamless participation in raffles and other gift giveaways. - Expedited check-in process for a hassle-free entry. Additionally, at least two weeks before the event, we need to confirm your guests entree preference. They can choose chicken, beef, or a vegetarian/vegan option. You or your guests can email us directly at gala@themileshallfoundation.org with their selection anytime before or after they pre-register.
Can I purchase tickets or sponsorships offline or by check?
Of course! If you'd like an invoice or would like to pay by check, please make checks payable to The Miles Hall Foundation and mail them to us here: 1922 Tice Valley Blvd #2443 - Walnut Creek, CA 94595 We’ll reach out to you to coordinate the many benefits of your sponsorship.
